In New South Wales the following rebates apply.
Low Income Household Rebate

Family Energy Rebate
| Audience | Consumers that are eligible for the Federal Government’s Family Tax Benefit A or B are all eligible for this rebate, |
| Value | $98 (incl GST) per year However, If you receive the Low Income Household Rebate, the Family Energy Rebate is capped at $22 (incl GST). |

Life Support Rebate
| Audience | Valid concession card holders using electrically-operated life support equipment to treat life-threatening conditions. |

Medical Energy Rebate

| How to apply | EAPA vouchers are distributed to electricity customers by a range of community welfare organisations (CWO).
